SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
Worldwide shipping available on all orders.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be packaged and processed.

United Kingdom: up to 1 week
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Everywhere else: 2-4 weeks
For all my orders I use Royal Mail, one of the most popular and reliable shipping methods here in the UK. First/Second Class for UK orders / Standard International for orders abroad.

All currencies are accepted at the current exchange rate.
My shop lists prices in British Pounds (£). If you are using a different currency it will be calculated automatically after checkout.
If you would like your order to be tracked please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering.
After your order is processed, I will provide you the tracking number via email.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please document it by taking a picture and contact me at email@example.com as soon as possible.
In the unlikely case that you suspect the order might have been lost through the post (has not arrived after the estimated processing and delivery time) please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
In some cases your package may be waiting for you at your local post office.
Please always double check your address provided during checkout to make sure your order arrives safely. I do not accept refunds if a wrong address has been provided and the order has already been shipped.
ADDITIONAL PHONE CASE INFORMATION
Each design is sized in a way so that the strongest features show up well.
As a result some sides might be cropped or remain white (but this does NOT affect the main front view of the design.)
The image is a mock-up design that represents the design as close as possible.
Colours may vary a little depending on the type of PC, laptop, phone or other device you may be using to view this website.
Please be aware that each phone case has slight variations of the design, as all cases are of different sizes and shapes. Some phone models require holes in their cases for sockets and the camera lens, which can obscure parts of the design.
Please make sure you select the correct phone model. I do not accept returns if you have selected the wrong phone case unless you received the wrong model by mistake.

Because of this, Squarespace has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
